What really happened is Wolfgang Bohringer applied to open a flight training and resort on Fanning/Tabuaeran Island in 2006.

What happened to being alert and reporting suspicious activities?

Wolfgang applied in such an isolated place that there was no functioning internet, no telephone, no port security for a cruise ship caring over 3,000 people, no possibility of a background check.

Everyone in Kiribati was kind to him and helped him. And he is remembered as being very generous with large lots of cash and booze, especially to island officials to be quick.

The Kiribati Government did not originally deny Wolfgang’s application for a resort and “flight training school” because of his association with Mohamed Atta, who just happened to take the easy opportunity to murder America’s Innocence and over 3,000 people; Nor his association Viktor Kozeny and the embezzlement and smuggling of billions of dollars; Nor of reports of undeclared weapons nor of his suspicious money, that loosened up and greased all hands.

The Kiribati government did not deny his application because there was a security risk to the lives of 3,000 people in place with zero port security.

His application was denied not because of any of the above, it was denied over financial questions that the project was wrongly valued, and he suddenly left without answering their concerns about his money and financial backing.

Surly he would be questioned on all of the above, and the Kiribati would give him opportunity o alleviate their concern, but because he left suddenly those questions have gone unanswered.

No one is saying Wolfgang was going to blow up a ship with 3,000 people. But his associates were, and they had lots of money.

Once Wolfgang’s cover was blown he left.

The real hero in this story in Daniel Hopsicker and his book “Welcome to Terror Land” which collaborated the stories that came out of Fanning. Wolfgang and Atta were good friends, who hung out, who shared a red BMW right up till just before 9/11. And what personal flight lessons was Wolfgang giving Mohamed Atta? Was Wolfgang the consultant for using planes a weapons.

There were 3,000 innocent lives at risk to terrorism on Fanning Island and Wolfgang is linked closer to Mohamed Atta than any western person. They were tight, calling each other brother….

Wolfgang Bohringer was the victim of south sea island jealousy - pure and simple. He was hounded out of Kiribati after a former friend took a fit of jealous rage when Wolfgang wanted to set up a SURFING RESORT on Fanning Island. He would FLY CUSTOMERS in to Fanning from nearby Christmas Island - NOT SET UP A FLYING SCHOOL AT ALL!!!

This former friend had an amazing talent for manipulating people via the internet. The people most easy to manipulate are American conspiracy theorists, and boy, were they manipulated. A feeding frenzy of epic proportions followed, and Bohringer was questioned by the Kiribati authorities for four hours and released without charge because the Kiribati authorities were not taken in by the complainant, and were satisfied there was no substance to the nonsense they had heard.

Immediately following this harassment, Bohringer left for Honolulu where again he was allowed entry and exit without any problems. Let me say that again - He entered the USA unchallenged, and left the USA a week later again unchallenged BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CASE TO ANSWER.

He returned to Kiribati - again entering without hindrance, and left the country without completing his plans to open his resort on Fanning Island - a resort which would have employed 50 islanders and brought much needed revenue to the country. Bohringer - incredulous at this sudden and groundless attack on his character, was more upset at the moronic American claims that his father was a Nazi than by any attack on his own reputation.

Now for the twist - The complainant is now planning to open the surfing resort on Fanning - having gotten rid of the opposition!

Bohringer had 2 passports - one German and one Swiss. He NEVER had "millions of dollars in a chest on his yacht" he was as tight as a yorkshireman with his money - but very generous with his friends in terms of help, and equipment. If he had it he would lend it to you - no problem.

His Jewish Jokes? he was not afraid to make fun of the Nazi's in much the same way as an Irishman will tell you Irish Jokes - with relish.

Latest - read this: He actually means Wolfgang Bohringer, and he

further incorrectly characterizes him as wanted by the FBI. He is 
actually a â*œperson of interest,â* meaning someone who may have 
useful information, without necessarily being involved in anything 
illegal. If Atta had had occasional meetings with the Dalai Lama and 
Oprah Winfrey, they too could be persons of interest. Bohringer may 
have been questioned, but that is not the same as being arrested. 
Having looked at the reports in what are probably the same sources 
used by Mr. Guyatt, the worst he could be charged with is a poor 
choice of friends and a lack of business sense.
