• Wolfgang Bohringer is a 'person of interest' to the FBI in regards to his relationship with Mohammed Atta and his close connection to the same flight school used by Atta during his days in Florida.

• German/Swiss Bohringer was spotted in Fanning Island in 2006, in the Republic Of Kiribati. He allegedly was living on his Yacht, had a large sum of American dollars on hand, an assortment of passports and bragged about putting together a flight school there.

• Bohringer has been linked to the CIA, and interestingly enough was linked to be the personal pilot of Viktor Kozeny, the 'Pirate of Prague'.
